The Process

  1. Client Consultation: Meet up and discuss with client to understand the job requirements.
  2. Candidate Sourcing: Talent mapping, Headhunting, Referrals, existing database and job portals, etc.
  3. Interviews and Selection: Screen candidates over the phone, via face to face interview and select candidates based on the JD and expectations of the clients.
  4. Client’s Interviews and Selection: Propose the selected candidates for client’s review, followed by making the necessary interview arrangements.
  5. Offer Negotiation: Manage salary negotiations and reference checks on the client’s request.
  6. Follow up: Maintain communication with the successful candidate and the client to ensure things are working out well.
  7. Billing: Invoice will be raised once the selected candidates commence work.
